Setting Up and Inclusion Team
To build internal capacity and long-term sustainability, it is important for an organization to have a dedicated inclusion team that is operational and helps lead the DEI initiative.
Assist with structuring the team in operational taskforces based on themes or areas of focus (i.e. Hiring, workplace culture, professional development, Community engagement etc.);
Support team with articulating a charter, workplan with goals, a timeline and success indicators.
