Setting Up and Inclusion Team

To build internal capacity and long-term sustainability, it is important for an organization to have a dedicated inclusion team that is operational and helps lead the DEI initiative.


  • Assist with structuring the team in operational taskforces based on themes or areas of focus (i.e. Hiring, workplace culture, professional development, Community engagement etc.);

  • Support team with articulating a charter, workplan with goals, a timeline and success indicators.​
