Transforming Othering Through Empathy

Organizational culture often reflects the norms and values of dominant culture. Policies, expectations and organizational structures maintain the status quo. These elements create invisible barriers to inclusion and belonging for non-dominant groups. 


This presentation, increases participants' awareness of these barriers, the phenomenon of othering, and practical steps to develop an empathy framework to counter challenges. This workshop will provide leadership skills and strategies to foster inclusion at both the personal and organizational level.
