Discover the Foundations of Belonging

Are you looking to enhance your professional development and create a culture of belonging within your organization? Look no further! Parfait Bassalé Consulting is excited to introduce our service designed to assist individuals and leaders in fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace.
Our program is structured into two tracks, tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and leaders.

Track 1: The Foundations of Belonging

  • Spring cohort: From February 8, 2024, to June 9, 2024

  • Fall cohort: From August 8, 2024, to December 12, 2024
     

Track 2: Leading for Belonging
