Contending with Racism: See Me, Hear Me, Stand with Me (3 sessions of 2 hours)

How do ethnic minorities experience the world? The workplace? This workshop provides an opportunity for participants to begin to understand the experience of ethnic minorities, unpack their own racial privilege and to imagine solutions that supports their colleagues and transform the workplace.

Objectives:

• Understand the experience of ethnic minorities in the workplace and the world in general.

• Unpack their own racial privilege

• Brainstorm ways to transform the workplace into a supportive professional environment for all.
