This is a foundational module to introduce participants to key terminology and definitions; an Understanding of why DEI is critical to the survival of your organization and the flourishing of your personal relationships; and a roadmap for a successful personal DEI journey

Objectives :

• Understand the notion of diversity and perspectives

• Define key terms such as equity, intersectionality, privilege, stereotype, Microaggressions etc…

• Articulate a personal Why statement/commitment to inclusion
