Songs for the Workplace
A Lunch-Hour Leadership Series on Belonging, Psychological Safety, and Resilience
Songs for the Workplace is a curated, three-part leadership development series designed for organizations seeking to strengthen culture without adding burden to already full schedules. Each session is offered during the lunch hour and blends storytelling, original music, and guided reflection to support leaders and teams in cultivating environments where people can belong, contribute, and grow. Rather than traditional training, this series creates shared human moments that invite insight, conversation, and practical shifts in how people relate, lead, and work together.
This program is ideal for organizations that want to:
• Strengthen cultures of belonging without performative DEI efforts
• Support leaders in creating psychologically safe environments
• Normalize reflection, trust, and resilience amid complexity and change
• Offer development experiences that are engaging, relational, and memorable

Keynote Session
Through songs and powerful storytelling, The Journey Home reframes resilience and belonging through the lens of befriending. Rather than treating resilience as simply “pushing through,” participants are invited to discover how unexpected acts of friendship weave the threads of belonging—threads that become a springboard for resilience, healing, and flourishing.
This moving and engaging session traces the multidimensional journey toward home of an immigrant whose life is shaped, interrupted, and ultimately transformed by unexpected friendships. Through story, music, and reflection, participants are invited to reconsider what sustains us when life fractures, and how belonging is often found not in self-sufficiency, but in shared humanity.
