About the Event

Diversity brings forth differences in lived experiences, values, and perspectives. Conflict is to be expected in a diverse environment. In this session, participants will learn how to constructively engage conflict so that it becomes a catalyst for greater understanding and connection rather than the cause of a relational rupture.

Outcomes:

  • View conflict as constructive.
  • Identify communication strategies to engage conflict constructively.
