- Understand the principles of Diversity, Equity and Belonging.
- Overview of critical steps for a successful Initiative.
- Establish an Institutional why statement.
- Outline a strategic DEI roadmap with success measures.

This is for employees of state/county/federal agencies, for profit organizations, and not for profit organizations whose employer is paying for the price of their admission. One attendee per ticket.
