This session guides participants through introspection to identify elements of the dominant culture and invites them to implement five pivots towards belonging.
Outcomes:
- Understand dominant cultural traits in the West.
- Understand critical cultural pivots needed to achieve belonging.
- Assess and reflect on one’s own position related to these pivots.
- Acquire tools and strategies to achieve these pivots.
