Principles of DEI and planning for a successful DEI initiative

At the end of the session, the Executive Team will produce an outline for a DEI vision statement. Additional coaching sessions will focus on reviewing and providing feedback on the DEI statement, the committee charter and the implementation process.

Objectives:

• Understand the principles of DEI

• Understand the critical four steps for a successful DEI Initiative

• Articulate/revise an organizational level DEI commitment or vision statement
